Roma continues to work tirelessly to give Mason Greenwood to Gian Piero Gasperini.

The Englishman is Gasperini’s first choice to strengthen Roma’s attack ahead of next season.

As Alfredo Pedullà reports, the deal could close for around €45-€46 million, including bonuses.

Fenerbahçe is also holding out for the player, having outbid anyone else for his salary, €7 million per year compared to the Giallorossi’s €5 million in bonuses.

Atlético Madrid could also enter the race, but only if one of Avarez or Sorloth leaves.

The player himself is waiting, with the feeling that the Friedkins’ final decision is needed.
