Juventus, after bidding farewell to Comolli, a very negative experience, and welcoming Carnevali, is about to officially appoint a new executive: Frederic Massara.
The former Roma sporting director, in fact, left the capital on May 19th and is free to begin a new adventure, after a difficult year with the Giallorossi.
“I thank the owners for the opportunity to return to an environment to which I am particularly attached. I believe that this year the club has laid further foundations for a successful future, and I wish the entire AS Roma family every success.” These were Frederic Massara’s farewell words.
As Gianluca Di Marzio of Sky Sport writes, after his experience at Roma, the director is ready to join the Bianconeri club.
The parties have reached a basic agreement, and the contract will be signed in the next few hours.
Juventus is thus strengthening its new management structure and finalizing its technical organization for next season.
Massara is fresh from his experience at Roma, which wasn’t a positive one given his relationship with Gasperini, but the Giallorossi have nevertheless returned to the Champions League, a goal they haven’t achieved since the 2017-18 season.
