For the Giallorossi coach, “La Joya” is an important player to build on. Currently, the number 21 and Malen are the two certainties of next season’s attack.
Soulé, like Dovbyk, is on his way out, Vaz is an unknown quantity and has been injured, and Pellegrini is waiting to renew his contract.
Dybala will earn a net salary of €2.2 million per season, plus various bonuses.
As Il Tempo reports, a €100,000 bonus will be paid for each appearance as a starter of at least 45 minutes, up to a maximum of €2 million.
From his 21st appearance onward, the bonus will rise to €150,000. When the Argentine star comes off the bench and plays at least 20 minutes, the additional compensation will be €75,000 per match.
This too is subject to a 20-game limit, rising to €100,000 for each appearance as a substitute.
Roma and Dybala have also added bonuses for performance in front of goal: for every five goals and assists, the number 21 will earn a sum starting at €100,000 and reaching €1 million for 30 goals and assists.
Finally, there are also team objectives, with recognition from the Giallorossi club towards the Joya in the event of winning trophies or qualifying for the Champions League.
