Malick Fofana remains a potential target for Roma to strengthen their attack.

Antonio Nusa remains the priority, but Lyon’s Belgian talent is one of the options most closely followed by the Giallorossi management.

According to Il Tempo, some Roma scouts were in Prague on Tuesday to watch the first leg of the Champions League preliminary round between Sparta Prague and Lyon.

The French team lost 2-1, and Fofana only played fifteen minutes.

Fofana has convinced Roma, but the deal still faces several obstacles.

The first is Lyon’s valuation, which continues to demand between €45 and €50 million, a figure deemed too high by the Giallorossi.

The 2005-born Belgian’s physical condition is also a factor.

Last season, the Belgian was sidelined for over 100 days due to an ankle problem. Evaluations are ongoing, but for now, the situation remains challenging.
