Paulo Dybala and Donyell Malen put on a show at the Olimpico as Gasperini’s men returned to action.

Roma defeated Fiorentina 4-0, with the Dutchman scoring a hat-trick and the Argentine providing three assists.

The number 21 spoke to DAZN after the match. La Joya commented on handing the ball to number 14: “It was right. He scored three goals, and it was right.” The two are improving their chemistry and are ready to make the fans dream.

Dybala then commented on his return to the pitch: “I was really eager to play because I hadn’t touched a ball during the holidays. It was great to start for our people; the desire to stay was already there, there was no doubt. So I gave it my all to play here again, for these people and for the coach too.”

Regarding his goalscoring efforts, the number 21 said: “I hope Malen can score more than last year and take us to the top. Third place can be improved; there are two places higher.”
