October 10th is a special date for Niccolò Pisilli, midfielder for Roma and the Italy Under-21 national team, who spoke about his special connection to the day during an interview with Vivo Azzurro TV in the “Generazione Azzurra” program.
“October 10th is my date: it’s a day that has brought me luck in recent years.”
With these words, the young Giallorossi talent recalled some significant moments in his recent career, characterized by his development with Roma and his first experiences with the Azzurri.
The midfielder then recounted two important milestones in his career: his debut with the senior national team in 2024 and his first brace with the Under-21s in 2025.
These two moments represented key moments in his footballing development. “In 2024, I made my debut for the senior national team, in Rome, my home, at my favorite team’s Stadio Olimpico. In 2025, I scored my first brace for the Under-21s,” he explained.
Pisilli’s relationship with Roma remains central to his future prospects. Having come through the Giallorossi youth system, the midfielder has expressed his desire to achieve significant goals with the club and the Italian national team: “My dream is to perhaps win a Scudetto with Roma and a World Cup with Italy.”
