Mile Svilar’s contractual situation has attracted a lot of attention.

The Roma goalkeeper has been in talks with the club to extend his contract for months, but without success.

The parties have yet to reach an agreement as the transfer window is just around the corner.

Today’s editions of Il Messaggero and Repubblica report that Svilar has been approached by Arsenal in recent hours.

The Gunners have shown strong interest and manager Mikel Arteta is keen to partner Svilar with David Raya, a prospect that however has not fully convinced the Roma goalkeeper.

Additionally, Bournemouth – led by former Roma sporting director Tiago Pinto – have also made inquiries.
