Atalanta defender Giorgio Scalvini is doubtful ahead of the upcoming match with Roma in the new year.
Earlier today, Scalvini was forced to exit the pitch prior to Atalanta’s 1-0 victory over Lecce.
According to Atalanta boss Gian Piero Gasperini, Scalvini suffered a muscle injury during the initial warm-up.
The defender will undergo further tests but could potentially miss the match against Roma on 7 January.
