Athletic Club Bilbao goalkeeper Julen Agirrezabala did not find the result at the Stadio Olimpico to be a fair one.
After the 2-1 defeat with Roma, Agirrezabala spoke to AS ahead of the return leg in Spain.
“Dybala’s crossbar hit? It was a very fast technical move, a powerful shot, with many players in the middle and so I almost didn’t see it, luckily it hit the crossbar.”
“Shomurodov’s winner? It’s a shame because on such a difficult pitch, with their quality players, a draw would have been fair, but it’s not over yet and it will be decided next week.”
