Mario Balotelli weighed in on the situation surrounding Nicola Zalewski’s refusal to play for Galatasaray.
In light of the Polish winger’s decision to reject the Turkish club, Balotelli – who played for some time in the Turkish Super Lig – criticized Zalewski’s choice.
“In Italy there is a general assumption that football in Turkey sucks,” Balotelli told 360.
“But if Roma were play against Galatasaray they would concede five goals. And Roma are also strong in my opinion,” he added.
“People in Italy should start looking at the other leagues.”
