Brighton are reportedly open to the idea of selling Matt O’Riley.

The Danish midfielder is a concrete target for Roma who consider him the ideal reinforcement for Gian Piero Gasperini.

In the meantime, Brighton consider O’Riley transferable given their increasing interest in Liverpool’s Elliott.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Brighton are asking for around €20-22 million to let the ex-Celtic man leave.

Roma deem this fee appropriate but will require one more sale to be able to invest in O’Riley’s signing.
