Roma midfielder Bryan Cristante is doubtful to take part in the upcoming first leg of the Europa League playoffs with Feyenoord.

In last night’s defeat to Inter Milan, Cristante was forced to forfeit the match early on in the second half due to back issues.

In his post-match presser, Daniele De Rossi revealed that Cristante had been dealing with these problems for a while and yesterday he could not continue to play due to the pain.

As a result, Il Tempo reports that it remains to be seen whether Roma’s medical staff will give Cristante the green light to travel to Rotterdam for the midweek Europa League fixture with Feyenoord. In his place, Edoardo Bove would be ready to start.
