Real Madrid boss and former Roma player Carlo Ancelotti spoke in favor of Jose Mourinho’s tenure at the Italian capital club.
In an interview with TV7, Ancelotti discussed the ‘old guard’ of managers including himself, Mourinho and Massimiliano Allegri.
“We are the old generation fighting with the new, we are practical, pragmatic technicians of this world,” said Ancelotti.
“I’m happy that Mourinho is at Roma because I think he is the right coach for the team. As for Allegri, I read that he isn’t enthusiastic about the team’s play style, but it must be said that he brought Juve back to the top.”
