Good news for Daniele De Rossi is hoping to have a full squad available for Thursday’s Europa League fixture with Bayer Leverkusen.
The Roma manager was finally able to welcome back Chris Smalling today.
The Englishman, in fact, resumed group training after sitting out the past week with a muscle injury.
It remains to be seen to what extent he will be able to contribute, but Smalling is on his way to being called up for the upcoming first leg of the Europa League semifinals.
