Roma manager Daniele De Rossi analyzed his team’s 0-0 result with Cagliari in the opening match of Roma’s Serie A campaign.
After the match, De Rossi spoke to DAZN, “We did better in the second half, in the first we had problems counterattacking.”
“I asked the team to play more vertically. In the second half we did better, we had opportunities, they too. I saw better things in the second half.”
”Soulé? He’s always inside the game. He does things right, then others wrong, but the attitude is always right. We were looking for a footballer like that, I’m sure that with time he will also improve in the relationship with his teammates.”
”Dybala gone? I talked about it. I would be scared of a Roma without Paulo or without the eventual replacement. If someone leaves, we have to do everything we can to replace them with a functional player.”
