“AS Roma is pleased to announce the arrival of Marten De Roon from Atalanta. The deal concludes with a permanent transfer. The midfielder has made 445 official appearances for the Bergamo-based club, scoring 23 goals.
In 44 appearances for the Dutch national team, he has two World Cup appearances (2022 and 2026). De Roon has chosen the number 15 jersey. Welcome to Rome, Marten!”
The Dutchman will be immediately available to Gian Piero Gasperini in tomorrow’s match against Lecce.
