Daniele De Rossi will be the new Genoa manager, but it’s now official.
The former Roma player and manager has chosen to embrace the Rossoblu project, and he will be signed to an eight-month contract with an option to extend if the club stays in the top flight.
DDR will already be on the bench for this weekend’s match against Fiorentina, another team going through a difficult period and who recently dismissed Stefano Pioli. In his place, at least for now, will be Daniele Galloppa.
