Roma have reportedly completed an agreement with Celta Vigo for out-of-favor attacker Carles Perez.
The Spanish forward will join Celta Vigo on a permanent deal after concluding a one-year loan there.
According to Sky Sport, the deal has been completed on the basis of €5.2 million plus a 5% sell-on clause.
This will allow Roma to achieve their established goal of €30 million in generated value before the end of the month.
