Paulo Dybala’s contract renewal has been on Roma’s agenda for several weeks.

The Argentine’s contract expires on June 30th, and although discussions between Dybala’s entourage and sporting director Frederic Massara have not yet begun, the club is evaluating the terms for a possible two- or three-year extension.

For the agreement to materialize, as reported by Il Corriere dello Sport, several conditions must be met.

First and foremost, Dybala must maintain his form and continue to impact the team’s results.

He must accept a pay cut in his current salary, set at around €8 million net, and, above all, avoid the option of moving to Argentina to end his career.
