Emerson Palmieri is leaving Roma.
The Giallorossi and Chelsea agreed to the transfer of the Brazilian for €20 million plus €8 million in bonuses. Emerson will arrive in London in the coming hours to undergo his medical and complete his move to the Blues as he departs Roma after having joined in 2015.
