Enzo Le Fee lands in Italy ahead of transfer switch to Roma

John Solano

RomaPress Roma have secured their first big signing of the summer transfer window.

French midfielder Enzo Le Fee touched down at Fiumicino Airport early this afternoon ahead of his transfer switch from Rennes to Roma on a permanent deal. He arrived a bit later than expected after heavy air traffic prevented his flight from landing at Ciampino Airport.

On-hand to welcome the 24 year-old was Roma technical director Florent Ghisolfi, who briefly commented on the deal to the awaiting media, “[Enzo] is happy with his decision to join Roma, he’ll be happy to know you [the media] are all here to welcome him.”

Accompanied by his father, Le Fee entered the terminal just before 13.30 CET and was greeted by a host of Giallorossi supporters and stated, “I’m doing well. Daje Roma, daje!”

He’ll undergo his medical examinations throughout the afternoon before signing his contract and officially becoming the Giallorossi’s newest addition.
