Roma midfielder Enzo Le Fée is edging closer to departing the Italian capital.
After being linked with Real Betis in recent weeks, Le Fée is now looking at moving to the English Championship instead.
As confirmed by Matteo Moretto of Relevo, Sunderland are working on Le Fée’s transfer.
The player has already spoken to the English club’s coach and given his OK for the move.
Negotiations between Roma and Sunderland are on – the two clubs are discussing a loan with option to buy at the end of the season.
