Former Juventus defender Andrea Barzagli was asked to comment on the Bianconeri’s defeat at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome at the hands of Jose Mourinho’s team.
“Only Mourinho knows how to put his team on the pitch the way he did tonight, not many coaches could replicate it,” he said in his post-match DAZN commentary.
“He directed his team to defend well and played a good game against Juventus, perhaps he expected something more from the three up front but then his side were very good at staying focused on the game plan.”
