In recent days there has been a lot of talk about talks between Roma and Federico Chiesa being over.
The Giallorossi had shown interest in the Italian winger and advanced an offer for him, but the player’s hesitance seemed to have put a stop to the deal, despite the agreement practically reached with Juventus.
According to Italian journalist Alfredo Pedullà, not only is the agreement between the clubs to be considered reached, but there are developments regarding the aspect linked to the player’s satisfaction.
Pedullà suggests that Chiesa never closed the door on a transfer to Roma.
The agreement with the 26-year-old will not be easily reached but Roma are still in the race and hoping to continue negotiations with Chiesa’s entourage.
