Rick Karsdorp is likely going to return to Roma following the completion of the 2019/2020 campaign.
Both Corriere dello Sport and Dutch outlet AD report that Feyenoord will not attempt to keep the right back permanently — with Bart Nieuwkoop likely to replace him.
Karsdorp has made 24 appearances in all competitions for Feyenoord this season, amassing 2 goals and 5 assists
Should the 25 year-old ultimately return to Roma, he is not expected to remain with the club. Since joining the Giallorossi for a fee worth €14 million plus €5 million in potential bonuses, Karsdorp has been nothing short of the flop.
Karsdorp has appeared only 15 times for Roma in all competitions since joining in 2017 and has yet to register a single goal or an assist.
