Feyenoord have lost another player for the upcoming Europa League playoffs with Roma.

In addition to their starting goal-keeper, Justin Bijlow, who has been ruled out with a calf injury, Feyenoord will have to do without midfielder Quinten Timber.

As announced by Feyenoord boss Arne Slot in the aftermath of the match with AZ Alkmaar, Timber suffered a concussion and is likely to remain out for an extended period of time.

“He is conscious, but does not know where he is at this moment. It’s not looking good,” Slot told ESPN. “He won’t be there against Sparta and against Roma.”
