Fiorentina midfielder Cher Ndour lamented his team’s loss to Roma in today’s 1-0 affair at the Stadio Olimpico.
At full-time, Ndour reflected on the Viola’s performance and what he felt was an underserved defeat.
“We played a great game in all aspects,” he said.
“We conceded a stupid goal when we were distracted for a few seconds.”
“Unfortunately, football is like that, the one who plays better doesn’t always win. That’s life, you have to move on. We have a final on Thursday and we’re preparing for that.”
