Flamengo are in talks to sign Roma fullback Matias Vina in January.
The Uruguayan defender could depart the capital club on a permanent deal.
Vina is currently serving a year-long loan at Sassuolo which could be terminated in advance thanks to the positive relations between the two clubs.
In the meantime, Il Tempo reports that Flamengo have submitted their first offer for Vina.
The initial proposal amounts to €6 million while Roma continue to ask for €10 million. Negotiations are on.
