Out-of-favor Roma fullback Rick Karsdorp is reportedly close to a move to Turkey.

After being excluded from Daniele De Rossi’s plans for the upcoming season, Roma placed Karsdorp on the team’s transfer block.

With only one year on his contract left, Roma are hoping to finalize a deal now and avoid losing Karsdorp for free in 2025.

The latest reports from Turkey suggest an agreement between Roma and Besiktas is imminent.

According to Turkish news portal AS Marca, Roma will earn around €3 million from Karsdorp’s move.

The Dutchman is expected to undergo his medicals soon, thus leaving Roma after seven years.
