Roma boss Gian Piero Gasperini spoke to reporters after the team’s final friendly of this year’s preseason.
Following the Giallorossi’s 2-2 draw with Neom in Frosinone, Gasperini commented, “Sancho and Bailey? I’m not talking about the players who aren’t Roma.”
“Konè? We’re on good terms with the club. He’s a very important player, a key player for us. I hope we don’t lose any players due to Financial Fair Play.”
“We’ve always played—except against Cannes—in cooler climates, and playing in this heat for the first time in weeks meant you couldn’t be fast. It was a useful match for training purposes, now the season begins.”
