Juventus midfielder Weston McKennie’s contract renewal is uncertain.

According to Tuttosport, the American was very close to extending his Juventus contract until 2028, earning €3.5 million compared to the €2.5 million he currently earns (plus agent commission).

However, with the arrival of the new management, things have slowed down.

Although McKennie would like to remain in Turin, his agents have already started exploring other potential destinations: the Premier League, Bundesliga, and Turkish Super Lig, as well as Serie A.

Roma have recently inquired about the player: Gian Piero Gasperini strongly favors McKennie, but his potential signing is not currently considered a priority for the Roman club.
