Gianluca Mancini is travelling to Coverciano after receiving a last minute call-up from Italy coach Luciano Spalletti.
The Roma centreback was included in Spalletti’s squad list for the upcoming fixtures of international friendlies in the US as a result of last night’s events surrounding Inter Milan defender Francesco Acerbi.
Acerbi is being investigated for racist remarks directed at Napoli’s Juan Jesus on Sunday night.
Because of this episode, Spalletti sent Acerbi back to Milan and called up Mancini in his place.
