Roma defender Gianluca Mancini will be crossing an important milestone in his career tonight as the Giallorossi face Monza in this weekend’s Serie A fixture.
The Italian centreback is project to start in Daniele De Rossi’s line-up for tonight.
However, this will be a special occasion for Mancini: Corriere della Sera reports that the team vice-captain will reach his 200th Serie A appearance in tonight’s match against Monza.
So far in his career Mancini totaled 41 Serie A appearances with Atalanta and the remaining 158 with Roma.
The defender is expected to be paired with Evan Ndicka and Diego Llorente to hold Roma’s backline.
