Gini Wijnaldum is unlikely to return to Roma after concluding his loan spell earlier this month.
The Dutch midfielder – now back at Paris Saint-Germain – is not a priority for Roma who at some point during the season had been in talks to extend Wijnaldum’s stay.
However, according to Voetbal International, Wijnaldum is now closer to returning to the Eridivisie where PSV await him.
At the moment, Roma are focusing on other targets for the midfield and haven’t included Wijnaldum in their long-term plans.
