Pierluigi Gollini spoke to Dazn after the 0-0 draw against Como.

“I approached this match with perhaps a different level of tension than usual; everyone feels it after not playing for so long.”

“It was difficult. I want to tell Svilar to stay calm and recover as much as possible; we’re all waiting for him.”

“He’s a great professional and a great guy; we have a great relationship,” he added.

“For me, today is a reward; everything I’ve had in my career I’ve earned through hard work and dedication, trying to be ready. There’s a circle in life; when you behave well and are a professional, in the long run, the wheel turns.”

“Svilar? We saw each other the other day in Rome, he told me to go and enjoy my time. He’s great, and in these two years he’s shown what he can do. I love him. I’m here to lend a hand to Roma when it’s needed.”

“Who wouldn’t have doubts after two years without a Serie A match? I played the match this week mentally. I was in great shape mentally and felt good during the match. I entered an optimal state and even felt fluid despite not playing for a long time. Mental state makes the difference, then everything follows. The optimal psychological state helped me perform.”
