Unable to coach from the touchline, Roma manager Jose Mourinho entered the team’s dressing room at full-time of their Derby defeat with Lazio.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Mourinho got a special permit to enter the locker room area of the Stadio Olimpico and spoke to his players in what appeared to be a less severe tone of voice than usual.
“Some mistakes were made tonight,” Mourinho is reported to have said. “But right now we cannot give up,” he added.
