Roma boss Jose Mourinho motivated his side ahead of the Europa League semifinal with Bayer Leverkusen.
In the aftermath of the team’s defeat to Inter, the Special One praised his men and encouraged supporters not to lose enthusiasm ahead of a very important European night.
“I couldn’t be more proud of the boys tonight,” he told Roma TV. “I get emotional just by saying that.”
“I can’t really say any more than that. I’m proud of my players and on Thursday we have another game to play with our fans, our injured players, our Primavera kids and all the other issues we’ve dealt with.”
“On Thursday we expect to see another fantastic display from our fans.”
