Ivan Juric can boast of having worked with two of the best goalkeepers in Serie A over the past year.
Last season, during his unfortunate and negative spell as Roma coach, he had Mile Svilar in goal.
Today, the Croatian is the coach of Atalanta, and Marco Carnesecchi is his goalkeeper.
He compared the two goalkeepers to Sport Mediaset. “They are two great goalkeepers. Svilar is ahead of Carnesecchi due to the work he’s done over the last three or four years, especially in technical goalkeeping skills.”
“Carnesecchi has tremendous talent and enormous room for improvement. I hope he surpasses Svilar because he can do it, but right now Svilar is ahead in certain areas,” Juric said.
