The latest rumors in Italian media suggest a crazy swap deal between Juventus and Manchester United.

The Bianconeri management are working to secure additional reinforcements compatible with Thiago Motta’s playing style.

Juve director Cristiano Giuntoli is in direct touch with Manchester United over two players that are deemed the ideal fit for Motta’s side.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Juve are in talks for Jadon Sancho and Mason Greenwood.

The two Englishmen return to Old Trafford from loans to Getafe and Borussia Dortmund, but will not wear the United shirt in 2024-25 either.

Juventus has already cashed in on the availability of Greenwood, reborn in Spain over the course of last season, but cannot – and does not want – spend the €40-50 million currently requested by the Red Devils.

As a result, Juventus are considering other ways to strike a deal with Man United.

The newspaper reports that one of the options Giuntoli is thinking of proposing is to have a swap deal include Federico Chiesa going the other way to Old Trafford.

Chiesa is only one year away from the expiry of his contract and is being heavily linked with Roma and Bayern Munich.
