Kostantinos Koulierakis has landed in Rome.
The Greek defender landed in Ciampino shortly after 12:30 on a private flight from Braunschweig. He arrives from Wolfsburg for €16.5 million, plus €1.5 million in bonuses.
The German club will also retain a 20% share of any future resale of the player.
The 2003-born centre-back will now travel to the Campus BioMedico to undergo a routine medical before signing a contract until 2031 worth approximately €2 million per season.
After Santiago Castro, he will be the Giallorossi’s second signing of the summer.
He is expected to fly to Cardiff between this evening and tomorrow morning, where Roma is currently in the second phase of their pre-season training camp.
