Roma’s centenary is also starting to take shape through the jerseys.
FootyHeadlines has published the first previews of the third kit the club is expected to wear in the 2027-2028 season, the centennial of the Giallorossi’s foundation.
The jersey would feature an all-white base with dark green details.
This is far from a random choice, as the design would be inspired by Alba Audace, one of the three clubs that contributed to the founding of Roma in 1927.
However, this preview presents a significant difference compared to the history of the founding club.
The original Alba Audace crest is not expected to appear on the kit.
In its place, the logo with the acronym ASR, already used on Roma’s shirts this season, will be present. Initial rumors thus reveal another possible element of the centenary celebrations, a direct reference to the club’s origins.
