Negotiations between Roma and Liverpool for Kostas Tsimikas are now in the final stages.
According to James Pearce, a journalist for The Athletic with close ties to the Reds, the English club has granted the player permission to undergo a medical with the Giallorossi.
The Greek full-back will arrive in the capital on a dry loan, with Roma covering his entire salary.
Tsimikas will serve as a backup or alternative to Angeliño, offering Gian Piero Gasperini an additional option on the left flank.
