Roma sporting director Frederic Massara made some comments regarding Lorenzo Pellegrini’s future.
In an interview with Sky Sport, the Giallorossi executive was asked about the captain following his winning goal in the derby and the performance with Nice in Roma’s first Europa League match of the season.
“Football evolves rapidly and no scenario can be precluded,” said Massara.
“We’re focused on the pitch; there are many matches left to play. Lorenzo is strong and attached to this team. He’s done important things in the past and will continue to do so, but we’re focused on the pitch.”
