However, the ball now passes to the court of Fiorentina as well as Veretout: who must now decide whether to accept Roma’s proposal or the one from Milan. The Giallorossi, though, are now the favorites to land the Frenchman as they will now try to close the operation after having made the most advantageous proposal to the player. Meanwhile, Lyon made an offer for the player worth €20 million plus €2 million in bonuses, but Veretout prefers to remain in Italy.
