Roma looked like the clear front-runner, but in the last hours, Milan has relaunched for Jordan Veretout. SportItalia reports that the Rossoneri have raised their wage offer for the midfielder to €2.5 million per season plus bonuses. This figure was also proposed by Roma as the bonus-portion is linked to Champions League qualification. Milan aren’t giving up and will do everything possible to try and overtake Roma, who meet on Monday at 13.00 with Veretout’s agent, Mario Giuffredi.
