Bad news for Stefano Pioli as Milan look to bounce back following their disappointing string of results in the match against Roma in the New Year.

In a long series of injuries, Milan recently lost English centreback Fikayo Tomori on Saturday versus Salernitana.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Tomori has suffered an injury to his right thigh flexor muscles.

The expected timeline of recovery should be of approximately 30 days which would rule out Tomori for the match against Roma on 14 January at San Siro.
