Roma manager Jose Mourinho underlined the significant importance of his positive relationship with Roma staff and players.
In his post-match press conference after the Giallorossi’s win over Napoli last night, the Special One dedicated the victory to his players who continue to be a positive influence on him and vice versa as Roma continue their chase for Top 4.
“We have an excellent relationship with the players on this team, this allows me to sometimes be more aggressive and critical because there is this empathy that, like with the people you love, makes it possible for you argue with and then to love again.”
“I like working with them and I think my players also like working with me,” he added.
