Jose Mourinho is reportedly intent on announcing to Roma his willingness to extend his stay in the Italian capital.

The Special One was recently at the center of rumors regarding a potential new deal with the Giallorossi as his current contract is set to expire in June 2024.

As a result, Mourinho’s name was linked with coaching jobs abroad including the Premier League and the Saudi Pro League.

However, as reported by Il Tempo, the Portuguese technician wants to give priority to Roma in his long-term plans.

Thus, Mourinho is expected to have a face-to-face confrontation with the Roma owners including President Dan Friedkin in order to address future projects together.

While the club are waiting to further assess the team’s progress this season, Mourinho wants more clarify with regards to Roma’s plans – both on and off the pitch – for next year.
