Roger Ibanez has emerged as a potential candidate to replace Kim Min-Jae at Napoli.
The Brazilian centreback continues to draw interest in Italy and abroad as his future in the capital remains uncertain.
The latest reports from Italy claim Ibanez has been offered to Napoli by some intermediaries since the Partenopei are set to part ways with Kim who will in turn join Bayern Munich.
However, calciomercato.it reports that Napoli were thrown off by Roma’s asking price of €35 million and are not willing to pay anywhere near this fee.
As a result, Napoli have turned their attention to other transfer targets for the time being.
