Emerson Palmieri has officially left Roma and joined Chelsea.
The Giallorossi officially announced the sale of the Brazilian this evening on the club’s website stating: “AS Roma S.p.A. announces that it has sold the rights of Emerson Palmieri dos Santos to Chelsea FC for a fixed fee of €20 million plus €9 million in bonuses linked to the achievement by the English club and the player of certain sporting objectives.”
